Once we’ve processed and packaged your order we will let you know the tracking number via email. This will be live on the ParcelForce website once Joel (Our favourite ParcelForce courier) collects. ParcelForce will keep you updated on a time slot via text & email.
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day using ParcelForce or Royal Mail. You should receive your items within 3 days of placing an order (If you need to receive quicker – please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to help!)
Our postcode is DE6 5GX. Unfortunately we are not a shop and pushchair viewings are by appointment only. If we’re too far for you to travel we can always send more photos over and answer any questions you have via the phone

Yes, however we do ask you cover the return postage costs (fully insured) For NEW items we accept returns within 14 days, the item must be returned with all original packaging intact For PRELOVED items we accept returns within 14 days.
