For items received by post. Yes, however we do ask you cover the return postage costs (fully insured)

For NEW items we accept returns within 14 days, the item must be returned with all original packaging intact

For PRELOVED items we accept returns within 14 days. A £25 per item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to allow us to clean and sanitise the product again

NOTE: We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any card processing or finance (Klarna/clearpay) fees incurred as this is a cost to us we are not reimbursed. Please note that the finance fees are considerably more than card fees, any concerns please ask prior to purchase

Items collected in person are sold as seen and not refundable
